** CUSTOMER NOTICE **

Due to Covid-19 guidelines we are operating an APPOINTMENT ONLY service and politely request that all NON-ESSENTIAL visits are postponed until after this time of uncertainty.

Should you wish to make an appointment, please do not hesitate to call us. Face masks are mandatory when visiting our premises, as the law has changed so funeral directors are no longer exempt. In accordance with government guidelines, we can now only accept groups from the same household or support bubble into our offices. We would ask that anyone with a high temperature and / or a new and continuous cough, or those in self-isolation DO NOT ATTEND any booked appointments or viewings. We need to keep our staff and those in the wider community safe. We are often working in close contact with those most vulnerable in society and must do our best to keep them safe. Our 24-hour telephone service will NOT be affected by these changes. We ask that all visitors to the premises make use of the supplied hand sanitiser upon arrival in branch. Please help us to keep you safe.
