Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to provide the best service, the most personal attention and the highest degree of professionalism to each family who allow us the privilege of looking after them.  Since opening our first branch in 2009 we have gained an outstanding reputation for the care we provide and have received a number of accolades and awards.

We are a family run, independent funeral directors, which means that your loved one will be looked after by our caring staff and remain with us in our funeral home until the day of the funeral.  We are competitively priced and focussed on delivering a quality service, without any unnecessary delays.

There are many decisions that will need to be made over the forthcoming days and we understand how overwhelming this can feel.  We have put together a list of useful questions (see ‘first decisions’) that may help you to start thinking about the type of funeral that you want and we have also provided information about what you will need to do following a death (see ‘What to do when someone dies’) We have tried to make this website as informative as possible, however, please do not hesitate to call our friendly team if you need any further assistance.  We are available to serve our families 24 hours a day and remember we truly believe ‘there is no such thing as a silly question.’
